Guaranteed permits - No drawings required! Obtaining a Shiras moose permit is very difficult these days. One either has to win the lottery through state drawing systems or purchase a landowner tag which can be very hard to come by. We feel very fortunate to get two or three permits every year that we can offer to our clients. Our moose hunts take place on quality ranches which are hunted on a very limited basis and consistently produce 40” to 45” bulls. We usually hunt in late September or early October during the rut when these docile animals are most active, thus ensuring our clients the best opportunity at a trophy bull. We hunt out of a cabin or lodge facility, both of which are nice and very comfortable. These hunts are generally five days and guided one-on-one.
